Most of us try to win the lost.
Most of us want to witness to the lost.
Most of us would be thrilled to evangelize the lost.
We just need to find hearts that are open to the Gospel.

There are many times and places when the human heart is open to input.  The one we have found to be the most productive is at Public Events:
* Fairs * Festivals * Flea Markets * Parades *

Why are hearts open at Public Events?
* They have come to be shown something new
* They have come to experience some new entertainment
* They have come to find something new to eat
* They arrive with a "Show me" or "What's going on?" attitude

When hearts are open ...
Plant and Water the Seed of the Word.  This is a great opportunity to Soul Win.
* Planting the Seed on packed ground
The devil will come and pluck-up the seed and it will be lost
* Planting the Seed on plowed ground
Opened to receive whatever is planted
Cults go to Public Events and reap a huge harvest
Demons go to Public Events and snare souls for judgment

Is there a Biblical Basis?
"Mars Hill"

Ac 17:16 ¶ Now while Paul waited for them at Athens, his spirit was stirred in him, when he saw the city wholly given to idolatry.
17 Therefore disputed he in the synagogue with the Jews, and with the devout persons, and in the market daily with them that met with him.
Paul met with the lost wherever he could
18 Then certain philosophers of the Epicureans, and of the Stoicks, encountered him. And some said, What will this babbler say? other some, He seemeth to be a setter forth of strange gods: because he preached unto them Jesus, and the resurrection.
19 And they took him, and brought him unto Areopagus, saying, May we know what this new doctrine, whereof thou speakest, is?
20 For thou bringest certain strange things to our ears: we would know therefore what these things mean.
21 (For all the Athenians and strangers which were there spent their time in nothing else, but either to tell, or to hear some new thing.)
People in Public Places feel secure and that they do not have to defend their homes or family.  They gather just to hear "some new thing".
Paul goes on in the narrative to explain his "new thing."  Then notice in the last verse ...
32 ¶ And when they heard of the resurrection of the dead, some mocked: and others said, We will hear thee again of this matter.
Some mocked, but some wanted to hear more.  Not every heart is open, but in Public Places more are open there than most other opportunities.
Jesus used Public Places over and over for various reasons.  The "Woman at the Well" being one of the most memorable.

While Soul Winning, Record the Experiences
As each person confesses Christ, get their name, address, phone, etc., and ask them to write on the back of your Decision Slip, "What just happened to you?"  Mention, "Don't put down what you did, but what happened to you after you did it."

This is where the blessings come in.  Some of the comments we received decades ago may still be tucked away in our hearts, but certainly they are stored in writing.
