The Plan of Salvation Our master plan is the Word of God. The King James Bible and how it relates the
Gospel for the lost, the restoration of the backslidden and growth for the
spiritual.

How can your church benefit?

* Your members gain experience in witnessing
* Your members gain boldness and confidence for witnessing in
everyday life
The last point is where God's work benefits the
most. Sure there will be some saved and some will receive a
witness and not ask the Lord to save them, even more will receive a
Gospel tract. And this will be wonderful for a day's work.
But over the lifetime of a congregation it is the everyday labor of
the soul winning saints that will praise the Lord and save the lost.
The experience from a single public event can take a individual member through
a lifetime of evangelism.
Of course, we do not have to sell a Church Planter in Soul Winning
This ministry is not about that.
We are about showing the WHOLE congregation how they can get started in Soul Winning.

Nothing precedes getting started.
Illustration When Joshua and the wilderness congregation crossed the Jordan River, the river was at flood stage. It did not part until the feet of the
priests stepped in.
* God told them to cross Jordan. They stepped in by faith.
* God has told us to Win. We must step in by faith.
Allow God to work in our behalf and in the behalf of the lost and backsliden.
Prayer is vital
But prayers of faith without works (implementation) are dead.
This is what we mean:
"Lord make me a soul winner." This is a prayer asking for God
to do something. He is also very willing for you to be a soul
winner, but will not send a lightning bolt down to strike you as
such.
"Lord make me a soul winner as I speak up for Jesus to the people I
come across." That is a prayer asking God to do something with
what you give Him. God does not have send a lightning bolt, when all
He has to do is use what you you are already giving Him.
God loves to hear from us He is also looking for us to give Him something to use, so ...
* He can Work in our lives and others
* He can Change our lives and others
* He can bless our lives and others
Of course we are not speaking of reckless faith, but focused faith with
just ...

* small commitment
* little determination
The Lord has given us insight and aptitude in a simple plan for
Greeting, Meeting and Seating prospects for a good witness.
The plan is most effective at community celebrations.
At first, fairs and festivals might
seem like the most difficult places to take the Gospel. When in
fact, they may be the easiest. They are certainly the most
prolific for...

* willingness to hear
All of the first
century Christians realized the usefulness of public places and
gatherings of large crowds. Pentecost being the most obvious.
Attempting to make a case for soul
winning in any venue (public or private) is superfluous. We are commanded to ... "... be ready to every
good work." Titus 3:1 "Go ye therefore, and teach all nations"
Matt 28:19 Besides the need God puts in all
changed hearts to tell others about the their change.
Using a good witness at public events is not the answer to
everything, but it will cure a lot of ills.
Every saved soul has the desire to tell others. Allow them to
exercise this desire where hundreds can be told and hundreds and
hundreds can be given a tract.

have used public events, as well as most other types of soul winning, since 1979. We know how to ...

We realize churches may be skeptical of ministries who might employ

* or other undesirable devices
Please be assured that we do not put a bad taste in the community's
mouth, nor make the church ashamed of having worked with us or used
our
Team Soul Winning Method. Our approach is
NON-confrontational, yet the newest church member will be able to
witness to many people the very first time out (if there is a good
crowd from which to draw).

Besides, with our method you may use any valid
approach in presenting the Gospel.
Our training has very little to do with how the Gospel is presented.
We do have available for the more inexperienced a
Witness Pamphlet, which lends itself to being read WITH the
prospect. But the core of our method is SEATING prospects for
church members to use whatever soul winning method the local pastor
desires. This makes us very flexible to the needs of
fundamentally true New Testament churches.

We were recently at a startup church in Texas which had about 8
adults plus the Pastor and his wife. The Team Soul Winning
plan was presented. Every man, woman, teen and child
volunteered to help the preacher at their local festival to win the
lost. None of whom, besides the Pastor and his wife had
witnessed before. They simply saw the simplicity of the plan. At their local festival, they seated over 40. 22 of those seated made a profession of faith. Most of the 22 were not from the church's home town. The ones from their home town were contacted again and some have visited. But the by-product that was most helpful, was the soul winning experience the congregation received by manning the booth. 1 or 2 people used our methods to Greet, Meet and Seat prospects, then they used their own witnessing methods. They have called again the next year to learn how to obtain booths in neighboring towns. Touch lost lives. Gaining valuable experience.
