We use Team
Soul Winning
The
Shift Leader works up front and is trained (takes about
15 to 20 minutes to show this person what to do and about 45 minutes
to show what NOT to do) to Greet, Meet and Seat Prospects with 3
Questions (this is all they must memorize, 3 very simple, logical
questions).
The
Workers work at counseling tables and
they receive prospects from the Shift Leader. They only talk
to prospects who have already ASKED TO SEE what it takes to be born
again. This training takes just one regularly scheduled service and
has to do with
1. realizing they will not confront anyone,
2. realizing they will only talk to willing prospects who have ASKED
TO SEE how to be saved,
3. realizing that they do not have to be convincing, God does the
saving, they just do the telling,
4. realizing how to obtain prospect contact info (our method obtains
9 out of 10 names, address, phone, age, email and a short written
testimony),
5. realizing they do not have to be proficient soul winners, but can
actually read the witness from a specially designed
Witness Pamphlet
(form and instructions for the form can be
downloaded free )
6. realizing they can become proficient in a very short time because
of large number of prospects who actually want to SEE how to be born
again,
7. realizing there are many, many people who would like to SEE what
it takes to be saved, who would decline if asked if they want to be
saved, because they do not know what it is all about.

The Team
concept is simple
The
Shift Leader works up front, finding prospects and
sending them to
Workers at the tables. One
Shift Leader
can keep 1-6
Workers busy, if there is a good size crowd.
The Training is simple. Very little classroom time. Mostly all
hands-on, without confrontation issues, without dealing with
objections, without memorized scripts.

Location
The best place to do the training is at a regularly scheduled church
service.

Cost
* Cost for training is free. It is a ministry. We are supported
by Baptist churches from Florida to Washington state, and many
individuals. We do accept offerings from churches to help cover
abnormal expenses, but offerings are not mandatory. But it is
mandatory that each of us do what we can to reach our community with
the Gospel.
* Cost for the booth space rental ranges a great deal from free to
thousands of dollars, depending on the length of the event and the
crowds it attacks. The Texas State Fair is 24 days, 12 hours per day
and cost $2000 just for the space.
* Cost for the booth equipment is minimal: The 3 Door Board can be
made by most anyone with a power saw. Signage for the 3 Door Board
can be downloaded free, printed on an Inkjet and laminated for a few
dollars. The 10' x 10' canopy (if the booth is to be outside) ranges
from $125 to $300 depending where it is purchased. Many
churches have members who already own a canopy. The front
table (20" x 48") is about $25 from Wal-Mart. The 2 counseling
tables (18" x 24") are about $25 each from Wal-Mart.
* Cost for tracts is affordable. We know the tracts we use to
be the most effective for Receiving, Retaining and Reading are about
$30 per thousand. On good days, a booth can distribute 1000 tracts
per day.
* Cost for forms used for obtaining contact info and other
incidentals can be downloaded for free from this site and printed
from your computer.
* Cost for a banner (3' x 5', 2-3 color) is about $100.
* Cost for parking at the event ranges from free to $10 per vehicle.
* Cost for admission at the event ranges from free to $10 per
person.

How to go
about the training
Churches usually have us come for a single service where the
Workers are trained and then afterwards burn about 1 hour to
train the
Shift Leaders. We urge the pastor to be one of the
Shift Leaders. It is vital for the pastor to see and
understand the soul winning progress of his members.
If the event is one day, 6 hours long, only one
Shift Leader
and 2-6
Workers are necessary.
If the event is one day, 8 hours long or more, 2
Shift Leaders
and 2 crews of
Workers with 2-6
Workers per crew.

Training
individuals for a personal ministry
If a church is not involved, we can train a motivated individual
over the phone and with DVD's. The work can easily be done alone. We
do it all the time, but it does take some dialog to cover all the
bases. We would also need to know a lot about the individual's
church background, salvation, etc. We prefer to deal with churches,
but we have individuals widely dispersed across the country, who
have their own ministry and work by themselves or with churches.
Amazing Grace Mission also has about 50-60 couples who work state
fairs and large regional fairs on 4 continents.

Fear of
the unknown is binding
Please feel at ease with how this works and how we can help. You are
going to be amazed at the simplicity and yet the effectiveness of
our methods. You will also be very glad you took the step to inquire
and the next step to compare schedules to see how we can help you
reach your community with the Gospel.

One last word
We speak often of witnessing, soul winning and reaching the people
of your area. But, the most immediate benefit from doing this type
of work is the joy church members get out of just doing something
for Jesus Christ. They also gain years of experience in just a few
hours. They are very apt to be better witnesses to relatives,
friends, neighbors, workmates and schoolmates. These are the steps
that build churches, through personal growth and maturity.
