Spirituality

I think maybe some of you are missing the point.

Spirituality is not doing or refraining. It is simply walking with the Lord. "Walk in the Spirit and you will not fulfill the lust of the flesh."
* You do not quit the flesh to get the Spirit.
* You walk in the Spirit to stay away from the flesh.

To walk in the Spirit is simply to not do what you want in everyday life, but what the Lord would want. Walking humbly for the Lord. "God resisteth the proud but giveth grace unto the humble" Grace being the power or Spirit of God (a new definition for some, but an old definition from the Bible). When we humbly live for Him, He strengthens us to so with spiritual power.

Spirituality is also obtained by asking. "how much more shall your heavenly Father give the Holy Spirit to them that ask him?" Of course we must ask for the right reasons: to humbly do what the Lord wants done.

Spirituality is not missed because of what others do, or do not do. Many in the Bible lived amongst the vilest peoples, yet they took the Spirit of God everywhere they went.
