We feel that
the same illegals come, are caught, returned to Mexico and then
attempt to enter again illegally.
Jail - Labor -
Camps
Why not set up a camp like the sheriff in
Arizona who puts criminals to work for 6 months or longer. This
would make returning illegally to the USA less desirable. Drug
criminals should be dealt with more harsh measures.
Braceros
Also, we need something like the old Bracero
program of the 40's and 50's to employ legal aliens. They could be
given papers for the work program that could not be counterfeited,
finger printed, and DNA taken. Also they would be required to prove
their next of kin in Mexico. The burden of proof would be on
the worker. No pregnant women would be allowed and women would
have to return to Mexico after 6 months. Illegal pregnancies would
not be given citizenship to the babies.

Illegal births would be obviously in violation of the law, so
pregnancy tests would not be required.
The child could be given to the next of kin and the woman placed in
the camp.
Cooperation
All Texas cities would be required to work
with the Border Patrol as well as Doctors, Hospitals, State Benefits
of every type, etc.
Employers
Employers would be required to employ only
legals or suffer consequences and help the legals to follow laws.
They benefit the most so should help the most. Also, this would
encourage employers to rehire the same workers again and again and
discourage known violaters.
Employers would be required to pay a portion of
the wage to help fund the program.
Breach of Contract
If they take off to other states, let
those states deal with them. But they could never come back to work
in Texas.
Board
Also, a board should oversee the program made
of half politicians (50% from each party) and half from sectors of
the economy to keep politicians from cramming stupid laws down
everyone's throat. Also, a judge to break ties.
I know this
is over simplistic, but something must be done. The demographics of
the illegal population cannot be tolerated. We are losing our state
to illegal foreigners. TOP
