God is in Control

the LORD directeth his steps.
Joseph and his brothers

Being
Content with Little
Php 4:11 Not that I speak in respect of want:
for I have learned, in whatsoever state I am, therewith to be
content.
Learn to differentiate between necessities and
desires

Do not
Heed the Circumstances
Php 4:12 I know both how to be abased, and I
know how to abound: every where and in all things I am instructed
both to be full and to be hungry, both to abound and to suffer need.
Col 3:14 And above all these things put on
charity, which is the bond of perfectness.
2Co 11:23 Are they ministers of Christ? (I
speak as a fool) I am more; in labours more abundant, in stripes
above measure, in prisons more frequent, in deaths oft.
24 Of the Jews five times received I forty stripes save one.
25 Thrice was I beaten with rods, once was I stoned, thrice I
suffered shipwreck, a night and a day I have been in the deep;
26 In journeyings often, in perils of waters, in perils of robbers,
in perils by mine own countrymen, in perils by the heathen, in
perils in the city, in perils in the wilderness, in perils in the
sea, in perils among false brethren;
27 In weariness and painfulness, in watchings often, in hunger and
thirst, in fastings often, in cold and nakedness.
28 Beside those things that are without, that which cometh upon me
daily, the care of all the churches.
29 Who is weak, and I am not weak? who is offended, and I burn not?
30 If I must needs glory, I will glory of the things which concern
mine infirmities.

Draw Strength
from God
Php 4:13 I can do all things through Christ
which strengtheneth me.
It may take time
Isa 40:31 But they that wait upon the LORD
shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings as
eagles; they shall run, and not be weary; and they shall walk, and
not faint.
It will be alright later
I Thes 4:13-16
God's Grace is sufficient
2 Cor 12:7-10
God will see you through
Eph 3:13 Wherefore I desire that ye faint not
at my tribulations for you, which is your glory.

Looking out
for others
Php 4:17 Not because I desire a gift: but I
desire fruit that may abound to your account.
Putting others first, always pays.
Pr 19:17 ¶ He that hath
pity upon the poor lendeth unto the LORD; and that which he hath
given will he pay him again
Pr 22:9 ¶ He that hath a bountiful eye shall be blessed; for he
giveth of his bread to the poor.
Pr 28:27 ¶ He that giveth unto the poor shall not lack: but he
that hideth his eyes shall have many a curse.
Lu 6:38 Give, and it shall be given unto you; good measure,
pressed down, and shaken together, and running over, shall men
give into your bosom. For with the same measure that ye mete
withal it shall be measured to you again.
2Co 9:6 ¶ But this I say, He which soweth sparingly shall reap
also sparingly; and he which soweth bountifully shall reap also
bountifully.
