Prayer Requests
This gets people to open up after they have made a profession of
faith in Jesus.

Ask for them
* Ask Prospects for Prayer Requests
(those receiving
Assurance or Salvation)
* Ask for something Attainable
- Not that the Lord stop Global Warming
* Ask for something Personal
- Difficulty with a workmate
- Health
- Unsaved relatives
* Ask them to write out the Request on a special form
- Pray with them on the spot
- Add Requests to a list
* Tell them:
- Prayers will be lifted for 1 week only, because as answers are obtained
the Church not know it.
- Re-Requests must be made to the church, there are forms in the Pews,
Lobby, etc., and can be obtained when visiting.
Try not to encourage phone calls, but let the Church
know on a Sunday morning when calls come-in.
- Ask that the church be informed of Answered Prayer, there are forms in
the Pews, Lobby, etc., and can be obtained when visiting.
- If Prospects do call in, switch them to an appointed person who knows
to ask for names, address, specifics about the Requests.

Good for One Week
Also inform prospects that the Request is only good for
that week and must be Re-Requested for next week and if answered,
the church wants to know.
Church-person could use a Caller ID and obtain the
phone number of the person making the request. A Reverse Directory in any of the online Yellow Pages
can produce an address for a land line, not cell phones. This could
be used for follow-up.

Winning Booth, also from those ...

* making hospital
* nursing home visits
* etc.
Request only that Answers to Prayer be past back to the Church, so
everyone can rejoice. Again
