John 10:27 "My sheep hear my voice, and I know them, and they follow me:"

John 10:28 "And I give unto them eternal life; and they shall never perish, neither shall any man pluck them out of my hand."

John 10:29 "My Father, which gave them me, is greater than all; and no man is able to pluck them out of my Father's hand."

Christ's sheep know His voice and He knows who they are and they are following Him.

Jesus gives to them eternal life. They can never lose it, nor can anyone remove them from His grasp nor the Father's grasp.

If a saint gets eternal life and can't be removed from it, he can be eternally assured that he will have that life forever.

"Any man" includes the saint in the hand of Christ.
