Team Soul Winning
in a
Public Event Booth
Eliminating Fear of
* Confrontation (making contact with prospects)
* Fielding objections (doubts and protests of prospects)
* Knowing what to Say (witnessing to prospects)
With Team Soul Winning, responsibilities are split into two
parts * Shift Leaders - do the contacting with
3+3+3= Seated Method
* Workers - do the witnessing with the
Witness
Pamphlet
Shift Leaders can operate
confidently without fear
The fear of confrontation is eliminated with the memorization of
3 Questions.
These questions are used no matter what the prospect says or
does. All confrontational issues melt away.
For instance: "A prospect says I don't believe in being born again."
The Shift Leader simply recites or re-says the 3rd Question, "But if
we could show you what it takes to be born again, you would like to
just see it, wouldn't you? Not asking you to do it or believe
it, just see it, what would it hurt?"
* Shift Leaders are confident in what they will do and how to do it
* Shift Leaders are confident in what they will say and how to say it
* Shift Leaders
are confident in the results (prospects will either sit or move on)
When a person knows ...
* what to do,
* what to say
* what results to expect
... fear dissolves in the face of confidence
Workers can operate confidently
without
fear
The fear of witnessing correctly is eliminated with use of the
Witness
Pamphlet
* Workers are confident in what they will do and how to do it
* Workers are confident in what they will say and how to say it
* Workers are confident in the results
(prospects will either pray to be saved or move on)
When the process is scripted out and the script is READ to or with the
prospects, there is no need to fear
