Introduction
The Shift Leader is half of the "Team Soul Winning" method.  Workers make up the other half.
The Shift Leader finds prospects with the 3 + 3 + 3 = Seated method, to whom Workers will witness.

If the people available do not attain to the Shift Leader's qualifications, choose those who are on their way or would like to be on their way.  Booth leadership is an excellent opportunity to train leaders for all areas of ministry.
