Reach the un-churched outside the church.
Fewer people visit churches these days.  We have to go where they are.

Jesus told the disciples to fish the other side of the boat.  He fished the other side of the synagogue doors 6 days of the week, out in the public, markets, highways and byways or at the public well.  He went out to where the people where congregated.
