We
hear some funny things, although at the time, they usually catch us
off guard.
A man saw our 3 Door Board and read the sign, then looked
immediately at Pat. Pat asked if he had seen the 3 Things God
Cannot Do. The man said, "I saw your sign and since you don't look
like a Blasphemous Woman, I'm going to look behind the doors".

Victories
in the Vineyard
Chehalis County Fair, Chehalis, WA
Pastor Bailey and the members of Faith Baptist Church worked
their fair and the Lord gave them tremendous results. Rob Holm (AGM
Regional Manager) set up his booth and trained the workers. Members
were apprehensive to start, but everyone got to witness. 35
professions of faith. All received follow up material, a letter and
phone call. One couple has started coming as a result of the booth.
Nez Perce County Fair, Lewiston, Idaho
Pastor Burchard and the members at Lewis and Clark Valley Baptist
Church had 63 professions, 40 received a witness without making a
profession, 14 received assurance and hundreds received a tract. 6
workers were new to booth work, but took to it right away. 8 had
worked last year. We had talked with Bro. Tim Little ahead of time
and encouraged them to use the 3+3+3= Seated Method. He prepared
everyone else. This is the secret to great results. Everyone is
excited and searching for another event to work before this time
next year.
Medina County Fair, Hondo TX
Did not have a church to help at this event. But the Lord gave
us 21 professions, 10 received a good witness and 2 got assurance of
salvation. 280 tracts were distributed. This is a small event but
at least 21 local people were glad we were there, along with many
others that came by to show their appreciation for the booth.
Kootenai County Fair, Coeur d'Alene, Idaho
Our home church worked this event for the 8th
straight year. AGM Missionary David Ridgeway led the way again this
year. All had a great time. The crowd was way down, as are many
other events (economy?), but they had some good results. Kootenai
County has a lot of churches, but the Gospel Outreach is sparse.
The fair booth is vital.

Words for Soul Winners and Warners
Elderly or Disabled
All of our churches have valuable members who may not be able to
work on a bus, or knock on doors or participate in nursing homes,
etc., but can be a good fit in a fair or festival booth because the
crowd comes to them. They are thrilled to be able to tell them
about the Saviour. Lewis & Clark Valley Baptist Church implemented
some of their people with special situations realizing great
blessings at their fair.

Lord, but did not put down what He said. The Lord speaks sometimes
with seemingly just a pat on the back.

Saviour to fulfill his need.

Pray for the unsettled feeling in our country.
Pray for the election, too. I don't remember a time when leadership
has been so lacking. The wise are not afraid. Pray that they can
stand and for those not wise.
