We like to point first at the title and inform the prospect there is more to come in their new Christian life.

Then point to the Cross and Salvation underneath and say,
"The First Step is Salvation, that was just now, if you meant your prayer."

Then point to the church and say,
"The Next Step is Church.  Do go to church sometimes?"

They almost always say, "Yes." 

We say, "I wonder why it is that your Church has never told you how to be saved?  Hmmm, I don't know, but if you got the changed heart, you know it is true, and if so, you will want to tell family and friend and will need to know more.  Get into a church which preaches and teaches what you just heard.  We recommend the church that is helping in the booth, because they are out here trying to tell you and others how to get the changed heart."

Point to the open Bible and say,
"The Next Step is the Bible.  Do you have a Bible of your own?"

They almost always say, "Yes."

Tell the person who is going to follow-up, to take a King James Bible, because, even though everyone has a Bible, they may not have a good one.

Give the Spiritual Certificate (Birth Certificate) and tell them,
"Put this in your Bible, so you will always know that today was the day you got your changed heart."

I they say,
"I don't have a Bible."

Write, "Needs a Bible" on their Decision Card.
