1. Observe
Worker will have no interaction with the public.

This person watches from each back corner of the booth.
They can stand and watch how everything works. Even pray for the Lord's power in the booth and be encouraged by the Lord's use of His yielded servants.

This is an excellent place to start.  Almost every person who wants to come at first as an observer, at least moves to the next level, before they leave.

2. Handing out tracts
Worker does not speak to prospects.

This person works at each front corner of the booth.
They can offer tracts to people passing by without saying a word.

These workers almost always move to the next level and beyond within the first 30 minutes.  When working up front like this, it is so apparent as to how simple the next steps are.

3. Handing out tracts with a verbal greeting
This workers speaks to prospects, but not trying to witness or get people seated.

This person works anywhere along front edge of the booth.
They can ask people passing by, "Did you get one of these?", "Did you get your smile today?", etc.
We do not ask if they want one. A "No" reply will end the interaction.
If we ask, "Did you get one?" and they reply, "No", then the negative response means to go ahead and give them the tract.
We do not refer to the tract as a tract, the general public is not familiar with the term.

A good amount of these workers want to at least sit and hear how to witness.  A quarter to half even attempt to witness and a large number of them even have people make professions.

4. Wants to learn how to witness
Worker does not speak, just listens to others witness.

This person watches from a chair at either of 2 counseling tables.
As a prospect is seated by a soul winner, this person pulls up a chair as well to listen to the witness. For all the prospect knows, this person is training the soul winner or is wanting to hear how to be saved, too.

A quarter to half of these workers attempt to witness and a large number of them even have prospects make professions of faith in Jesus Christ.

5. Wants to witness to prospects
Worker does not seat prospects, but witnesses to prospects being seated by Shift Leader and others.

This person testifies and witnesses at 2 counseling tables.
There are 2 chairs behind counseling tables where prospects are seated for a witness.

6. Wants to seat prospects
Wants to direct traffic (Called a Shift Leader in other discussions) to Soul Winners, but does not want to manage the booth.
See:
* How to Choose a Shift Leader for a Soul Winning Booth
* How to Assign Duties to a Shift Leader for a Booth

This person works either side of the front table.
This person Greets, Meets and Seats passing prospects.
The process is known as the 3 + 3 + 3 = Seated Method.  Extensively discussed and presented in the Slide Show by the same name.
