Chairs
Regular metal folding chairs work well. Do not try to use add-on
cushions, they just get in the way. Fabric covered chairs may get
wet if it rains and the booth is outdoors. Simple folding chairs are
great.
"Rental Type" folding chairs are even better. They are
lighter, nest when stacked and take up less room when stacked
horizontally or vertically.
Take at least 6 chairs, 3 at each counseling table. A total of
8 is better, keeping 2 folded for quick employment.

Canopy
When working outside, use a
canopy. Get the type which do use
tie-downs. Wal-Mart has one for about $100, which is good for
use a few times a year. Sam's has one for about $200 and is good for
heavy use. Costco has one for $220 and is probably the heaviest
duty. Shop and compare, things can change.

Totes
Plastic boxes with lids work well to store away things which wind,
rain or dew will damage. If carried in the back of a truck, tie the
lids down. Use Plastic Boxes which are more heavy duty than the
clear type.
